Happy March. In this version, we have a new feed design for Rooms! This includes topic suggestions, Trending news, improving networking capabilities, amongst other amazing features. You can also share your active audio room link with your friends, colleagues and family for them to listen. Welcome to Radius Rooms! We are very excited to introduce Rooms, our latest audio based chat, in this latest upgrade. You can now host a chat room on any topic of your choice and have other real estate professionals listen to what you have to say. You can also make any listener a speaker to make the session more interesting. Join any room if you find the topic interesting and useful.
The advantage with Rooms on Radius is that all topics are going to be real estate specific and relevant to you.

Our referral marketplace gets a complete revamp with this release. The changes include
Referrals in the marketplace will now indicate the quality of the lead as Hot, Medium and Low.
Referrals will also be categorised under "Qualified leads" and "Unverified leads" to help you understand the type of referral.
We have introduced "Email to claim" option for referrals who prefer not to be contacted via phone calls.

This upgrade comes bearing gifts :gift:
From now on, you can refer a lead to an agent of your choice using our "find an agent" feature in the side menu and guess what....you don't have to pay us any referral fee. You can negotiate referral fees directly with the other agent.

Agents can now become our ambassadors and share their personalised link to invite more agents to our Radius Assist lead qualification program. You can earn $50 by successfully inviting agents to subscribe to our Assist program.
The settings page is easier to navigate through.
We have added an additional filter to show the leads who responded to our messages so that you know who among your clientele might be interested in moving forward.

The faster you call a client, the more you the client will want to work with you. We have applied this philosophy with this upgrade. You can now claim referrals by calling them directly. It’s proven that agents who call their clients in less than 2 mins, sell more. Be that agent!
We have renamed menu options in Assist to make it easy for you to distinguish between clients we had qualified vs clients you have on your own.

This new version 6.4 is for all our Assist team plan subscribers.
Using our team plan, agents can get their brokers/team leads to integrate their team Zillow account or any other lead gen platform & it automatically assigns qualified leads to everyone in the team. It makes it very easy for agents to just accept leads on-the-go and give their clients a really good experience. If you'd like your broker or team lead to opt in, let them know.
